What do I need to bring to a headshot session?
Please bring the outfits you would like to be photographed in. It is particularly important for actors to choose a style (makeup, hair, outfit) that you can easily replicate for future castings. If you will wear makeup for your session, bring anything you may need to touch up during.
If you require any special assistance during your session, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I need to change/cancel my booked session?
We request notice 3 business days in advance for any changes or cancellations to a booked session. Any cancellations requested after the 3-business-day grace period will result in a forfeit of your $100 deposit.
Can I do my session outside (on location)?
Weather permitting, we are able to shoot 1 look outside. We are centrally located in downtown Vancouver, allowing us to photograph in plenty of interesting locations.
* Please let us know (at least) the day prior to your session if you would like to shoot on location.
Is there parking at the studio?
The studio is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. There is 2hr street parking and a public parking garage in our building for longer stays.
What is your setup like?
We use a four-light high-speed synch setup with light-boxes, diffusers, and V-flats.
What is the studio’s address?
Once you have booked a session and paid the deposit, you will receive an email with: our full address, your headshot contract, and additional information regarding your session.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We have a very special assistant in the studio called Girl. She is a 2 year old French Bulldog dog. If you have any allergies or issues with dogs, let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements for your session.
